Why some years are partial
The league has kept a complete game-by-game log since 2018. The seasons from 2014 to 2017 survive only as the commissioner's own notes, and those notes were a highlights list rather than a full record — he wrote down the games that were worth writing down.
So anything that needs every game (a win-loss record, a career total, a head-to-head series) starts at 2018, and anything drawn from the earlier years is badged where it appears rather than quietly mixed in. A figure marked Partial season is a floor, not a settled fact.
